Hi, I’m Charlotte. I’m a freelance Digital Brand Specialist based in North London, helping businesses work out how they should look, sound and show up.

I’ve spent the past ten years working across branding, marketing and sales, both independently and in senior in-house roles. I’ve worked with B2B and B2C businesses of all sizes in the UK and internationally, across property, EdTech, tech recruitment, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle and the nonprofit sector. I’m not tied to any particular industry. I enjoy getting to know a new business, its market and the people it needs to reach.

My approach starts with understanding those people. What catches their attention? What builds trust? What influences their decisions? My background in sales plays a big part in this. I spent more than five years in tech recruitment, progressing into senior sales and marketing roles, and that commercial experience still shapes the way I approach brands today.

I’ve actually been doing the creative part for much longer. As a child, I was constantly inventing businesses for my mum, usually restaurants, and making the menus, business cards and flyers was always my first priority.

These days, there’s a little more strategy involved, but the part I love hasn’t changed: turning an idea into something a client can see, use and feel proud of. I want my work to look good, but more importantly, I want it to work.
